EBFA Player Age Group - Age Ranges

GotFootball Scores Only (GotFootball)

(Both teams ensure the score only entered on GotFootball, by 7pm on a Saturday/Sunday, Next morning noon for evening fixtures.)

If Match is "Match Not Played" or "Match Abandoned" then both teams do not need to update result on GotFootball, However, both teams must email their Sec/Div Div Sec or the Trophy Event Div Sec, (depending on fixture type) and inform the Dive Sec why the match was not played, by Saturday 7pm or teams can complete the TM&RR by 7pm instead of email by 7pm.

Google Form Team Marks & Respect Report (TM&RR) for Results, Match Details, Referee Marks and Respect Marks etc

(Match Played, Match Not Played, Match Abandoned. TM&RRs, MUST be completed by Monday 10pm for Saturday fixtures, For Sunday fixtures Tuesday 10pm and Evening Fixtures within 2 days by 10pm.)

The team sheet should be printed from the GotFootball system and Managers SHALL NOT digitally edit the form in removing, hiding or alter any Player data on the form. Ticks for Players who started the match, S for subs and X for Player not attending/playing can be digital added.

Manger will only upload their own team’s team sheets. Any Team Sheets received from opposition can be digitally deleted or Physically destroyed if their are no match incidents.

The Manager’s own team’s team sheets SHALL have the following completed in pen (No Digital changes):

1)      Final Score for each team (If Trophy Event in which penalties were taken then a FT score of 1-1 with home team winning 6-5 on penalties is reported on GotFootball as 7-5) on the Google Form Team Marks & Respect Report (TM&RR) the true full-time and penalties can be reported.

2)      S (U07 to U16) for the player who was substitute at the start of the match and then MUST have played in the match. S for U17/U18 who were substitute at the start of the match and played in the match.

3)      X (U07 to U16) for players NOT selected to play in the match. “ANS” (U17 & U18) Attended match but NOT selected to play in the match players or players who were substitute at the start of the match DID NOT playing in the match.

4)      Number of Goals scored by a player (Sorry there is no EBFA dubious goals committee),

5)      Number 1 or 2 against player how were issued any Red Card and Yellow Card(s) by the referee.

6)     The signature of the Manager in the appropriate Home or Away Official Signature box.

7)     Opposition Manager is required to sign the appropriate Home or Away Official Signature box, to confirm EBFA Player verification process and team sheet verification process has been performed.

8)     The Referee Signature is required after match to confirm the score.

Report It - Online/mobile process for reporting Safeguarding Concerns, Incidents and Discrimination

Berks and Buck County FA have updated our process for reporting safeguarding concerns and reporting incidents at matches/training, in line with The FA’s online Discrimination reporting process.

The new process now means you can report safeguarding concerns, incidents, and discrimination, online straight from your mobile phone, tablet or other devices making it easier to report issues as and when they arise, from the training ground to the touchline.

There are three separate forms, one for each area and we will be promoting this new process regularly across the season via our social media channels – any support you can give to this work would be greatly appreciated.
