Applications For 2013-2014 Season

Applications open on 01 May and close on 31 May. Applications for next season will not be accepted before these dates and priority will be given to teams entered before the closing deadline.

Shortly before 01 May this website will be taken off-line and rolled forward to the next season which means that all current U7 teams will become U8, U8 become U9 etc all the way to U18.

From 01 May the Club Secretaries can use their username and password to login and add/edit/delete their club and team details for next season and can then print off the 2013/2014 Club Agreement Form which will list your club and team details and calculate the correct fees and must be printed out and signed and sent with payment to the league to arrive before 31 May. You must send the signed paper copy of the club agreement form to the league.

Only Club Secretaries should make the final application to the league so please ensure that only the club secretary downloads and prints the 2013/2014 Club Agreement Form. Please do not submit applications using last season's forms - they will NOT be accepted.

All clubs MUST be FA Charter Standard. If your club is a new or existing club in the league and is not yet FA Charter Standard then please contact the League Secretary for advice in the first instance.

The League AGM will take place on Thursday 13 June 2013 and clubs that are not represented may not be admitted to the league. Clubs seeking to join the league must attend the AGM and there will be a vote to accept these new clubs into the association.

New clubs seeking to join the league should contact the League Secretary as soon as possible for advice on how to apply and how to obtain a username and password.

Please read the League Rules
2012/2013 - Season Rules and Regulations (Berks & Bucks FA Sanctioned) and http://www.eastberksfa.com/docs2011-2012/meetings/EBYFL_Rules_2012-2013_changes_v0.2.pdf

The League Secretary is Mark Gittoes,
secretary@ebyfl.co.uk
, 07798 701995. Please call weekdays between 8pm to 10pm and weekends - do not call during the working day. Please ensure that any email clearly identifies age group, club, team and the persons role in the club.

The EBFA Management Committee looks forward to welcoming all new and existing clubs and teams for the 2013-2014 season.
